What data we process
- Quote form: name, contact detail (phone, email or Telegram username), job description and, if you attach one, the file (drawing, photo or document).
- Direct contact by phone, email, WhatsApp or Telegram: the data you give us in the conversation.
- IP address: used temporarily to limit form submissions to five per hour and stop automated abuse.
- Browsing data: only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies (see the Cookie policy).
Please do not include health data or other special categories of data in the form: we do not need them.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with legal effects on you.
Retention
- Requests that do not lead to an order: as long as needed to reply and at most 12 months.
- Customers: for the duration of the business relationship and then for the statutory periods (6 years under the Spanish Commercial Code, 4 years under tax law).
- IP address for the submission limit: kept only in server memory and discarded within one hour at most.
- Analytics data: according to the Google Analytics retention setting, at most 14 months.
Recipients and providers
We do not pass your data to third parties unless required by law. To operate, the site uses these providers:
- Vercel Inc. (USA): website hosting.
- Telegram: quote form requests are delivered to us as a Telegram message.
- Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC: Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Maps.
- CookieYes Limited (United Kingdom): cookie consent management.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own terms.
Some of these providers are outside the European Economic Area. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and the United Kingdom has an adequacy decision. Delivering requests through Telegram is necessary to handle the request you make to us (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).
Your rights
You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to sergeys.g.21@gmail.com stating which right you want to exercise; if necessary, we will ask you to prove your identity.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Security
The site works only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
